Who we are and what we do:
The Cathedral Book and Bric-a-Brac Shop is staffed by volunteers and supports a wide variety of Cathedral and other City outreach programmes and the Cathedral Music Fund.
The Cathedral Shop has a large eclectic selection of second-hand books as well as new titles by Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu, other Cathedral Authors, Prayer and Hymn Books, interesting bric-a-brac, antiques and collectibles, paintings and pictures, CDs and many Vinyls, as well as the occasional small and intriguing piece of furniture.
We now also have a monthly clothing sale, which has proved very popular with those working in the city.
The shop is open from 11h00 to 15h30 Tuesday to Friday, 09h00 to 12h30 on Saturdays, and 09h00 until 12h30 on Sundays.
How can you support us?
Donations of goods are always most welcome.
Can you spare a couple of hours a week to help us? No experience necessary and you'll have fun and meet interesting people.
