The Hill Organ

The Hill Organ at St George's Cathedral, Cape Town, has a long and interesting history, which begins in the latter half of the seventeenth century. It originally stood in the church of St Margaret, Westminster, London, next to Westminster Abbey, and its earliest history goes back to 1675, fifteen years after the Restoration.
